SITE REQUIREMENTS

Please Note: This page is viewable in all browsers. If you are having trouble viewing this site and have been redirected to this page please follow the necessary instructions as outlined below:

This site is best experienced using Internet Explorer. 5.5 or higher or Netscape 7.0

1. Browser Updates

To Get the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape please click on one of the following links below:

Important note to all end-users with browsers not supported on this site:

Although we try to implement a working design strategy that addresses the concern for "backward compatibility" there are considerations that limit such support:

1. Older browsers do not support current technologies that incorporate essential dynamic html technologies.
(i.e. Dynamic menus that increase screen 'real estate')
2. Older browsers have difficulty reproducing complex tables and CCS that ensure design uniformity throughout a site.
3. Most importantly we have difficulty supporting browsers that are not even supported by the companies themselves. Example: Although Netscape Communicator 4.7x and 6.x went through a number of upgrades/patches over the years Netscape no longer provides updates for this product at all; end-users are now directed to the version 7.0 link.

Hint: If you are on a slow dial-up connection and are unable to proceed with the updates at this time but still wish to access this site try setting up your browser preferences to "text only" mode.
